Your Booking Cancellation Rights

  • Before 60 Days cancellation fees of flat Rs. 1000 is  applicable
  • 30% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 59 to 10 days of arrival.
  • 40% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 10 to 7 days of arrival.
  • 50% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 7-4 days of Arrival.
  • No Refund will be given if cancelled within 3 days   of Arrival.
  • No refund will be payable for any missed/ or unused services of the tour due to whatsoever reason.
  • Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least 7  days prior to the scheduled departure.
  • NOTE PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE SAME ACCOUNT AS USED FOR MAKING PAYMENTS/ADVANCES

Refund Processing time:

We will reimburse you (if applicable) no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your booking cancellation request. When the refund is processed from our end, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the booking and the amount should reflect in your bank account within 6 working days.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
